email: Documentation, code cleanup

- Audit: finalize MainCfDiagnosis API
- Doc: document Diagnosis models
- Doc: remove hacky imports and replace them with autodoc mock imports
- Views: add `email_` prefix to email server templates
- Apache: delete unnecessary directives (robots tag, cookie header etc.)
