module.app property usage is greatly reduced because setup() and force_upgrade()
method are now part of App class instead of at the module level. Remove the
remaining minor cases of usage and drop the property altogether.

- Primary purpose is to complete the App API and allow for multiple apps to be
present in a module without a single clashing setup() method. Secondary
objective is to get rid of SetupHelper instance simple use App instance instead.
- This brings us closer to not needing to implement setup() method for some of
the typical apps.
- Remove default value None for old_version parameter.
- A valid integer value is always passed to this call.
- The value of None is undefined.
- Simplifies the App API slightly.
- Drop setting 'pre', 'post' values to indicate the stage of setup for the App.
- Simplifies the setup methods significantly. Eliminates a class of
bugs (some of them seen earlier).
- The UI can show a simple 'installing...' or progress spinner instead of
individual stages.
- There are currently many inconsistencies where many operations are not
wrapped in helper.call() calls.

In Django 4.0, form_valid() method should be overridden instead of delete()
method. This is because DeleteView inherits from FormMixin. To make the code
work for Django 2.2 and up, implement both methods but make delete() method
available only after base __init__() so that Django does not show a warning with
Django 4.0.
Tests:
- Run unit tests on stable, testing and unstable containers.
- Create a temporary user and delete the user. User deletion success message
must be show. Create another user with the same username as the deleted user (to
ensure that deletion actually happened). Perform the test on stable, testing and
unstable containers.

- Don't bother with the redirection to the next page using the ?next= URL
parameter. Always redirect to the home (index) page.
- Show a message that logout was successful.
- Ensure that SSO cookie is removed.
Tests:
- Logout and notice that redirection has been performed to the home page.
- "Logged out successfully." message is shown.
- When logged as a user with a language set, logging out preserves the language
of the user who was just logged out.

next request is to the home page and it does not have SSO cookie in the request.
- Login to tt-rss app that needs SSO to work. Logout from FreedomBox interface

and redirect to FreedomBox login page.

Starting with Django 2.2.25, re_path behavior has changed. When the regular
expression ends with a '$', a full match is performed with the regular
expression. This breaks the behavior of how we are currently matching the locked
URLs for CAPTCHA based login forms.
Tests:
- All tests are done on Debian stable with Django 2.2.25 and on Debian unstable
with Django 3.2.10.
- Go to home page, click on login link. Enter wrong password three times.
CAPTCHA page is show with URL ending with /locked. Type the correct password and
login will be successful.
- Install tt-rss. Logout. Go to /tt-rss/, redirection will happen to login page.
Enter wrong password three times. CAPTCHA page is show with URL ending with
/locked. Type the correct password and login will be successful.

This patch only ensures that response object is send along with set_language()

- Before Django 3.1, iterating the .choices for a field would yield (id, label)
tuples directly suitable for use with ChoiceFields. From Django 3.1, id is an
instance of ModelChoiceIteratorValue which helps to easily find the model
instance. In most cases, using the proxy works, but in our case, the value is
being hashed. Access the actual value of the field from the object to avoid this
issue.
- Cleanup widget for disabling individual checkboxes in a group
- When a form is submitted, 'disabled' input field is omitted by the browser
irrespective of its value. So, the last admin user, automatically add the
'admin' group to form values.
Tests:
- On Django 2.2 and Django 3.2 access the user edit page. The form should render
as before the change without errors.
- Test with the current user as the last admin user. The 'admin' checkbox should
be read-only.
- Test with the current user not as the last admin user. The 'admin' checkbox
should not be read-only.
- Add/remove non-admin groups and save the current/different user.
- Access the user edit page as non-admin user, the groups should be disabled.
- Give/take admin permission to/from a user other than current user.
- Take admin permission from current user.

- In Django 2.2 django.conf.urls.url() is an alias to django.urls.re_path().
- In Django 4.0, url() function will be removed. On Django 3.2, it throws a
warning that this function will be removed in future.
Tests:
- Run unit tests with Django 3.2 and Django 2.2.
- With Django 3.2 there are no warnings when running unit tests and when running
FreedomBox Service.
- Visit a few affected apps with both Django versions.

- ugettext functions will be removed in Django 4.0. Each use emits a warning
when running with Django 3.2. Since we have warnings enabled in developer mode,
we see quite a few messages because of this.
- ugettext is already a simple alias of gettext. So, no regressions are
expected.
Tests:
- Accessing an affected app in UI with Django 3.2 and Django 2.2 works fine.
- Using Django 3.2 there are no warnings related to removal of ugettext
functions.
- Ran regular unit tests.

When LDAP is set up but the first admin is not yet set up, some of the
users module tests fail because known admin users is deleted before other
users. A known admin user must exists to delete existing users.
Fix this by deleting a known admin user only after deleting other users
when cleaning up tests.
Tests performed on Debian stable and testing:
- All the users module unit tests pass:
- when LDAP is not set up yet
- after LDAP is set up but empty
- after first admin user has set up using the web UI

- Do not require a user password when creating a user. Generate a password
if not provided.
- Before creating a user, delete previous user with the same name.
- Delete user: Do not skip if the user doesn't exist. It avoids the
situation that some @when tests may silently skip.

This is the first functional test which tests the permissions of a
non-administrator user in a group.
Some changes had to be made in the form shown in users module for this
to work. The id of each checkbox in the "Permissions" section is now
predictable based on the name of the group. For example, the id of the
checkbox for the group "vpn" is `id_group_vpn`. Changes are also made in
`CheckboxSelectMultipleReadOnly` form class for consistency, though it
is not being used by this functional test.
Some utility functions for functional tests have been moved out of users
module to be usable by other app modules for testing group permissions.
One additional utility function to skip creating user if it already
exists has been added. Not using this function wouldn't break the test
but using it saves some time.
Changed password format string to use `S` instead of `w` to support
special characters in password.

- Trying to create another admin user using the first boot wizard will certainly
fail.
- Show the list of admin users in the system so that they an be deleted and
creation of admin by first boot wizard can continue.
- If existing account can already work (such as when Plinth and LDAP entries
exist) allow skipping the step.
- Since the scenario is mostly like encountered only during advanced usage and
not for most regular users, the technical nature of solutions is okay.

This change prevents the plinth user to become a superuser without
knowing an admin password.
Users module and action script:
- User credentials are now required for the subcommands: create-user,
set-user-password, add-user-to-group (if the group is admin),
remove-user-from-group (if the group is admin), set-user-status,
remove-user (if the removed user is the last admin user.
Note: the web UI doesn't allow to delete last admin user).
- subcommand remove-users requires authentication if the user is last
admin user. Password must be provided through standard input.
- subcommand remove-group: do not allow to remove group 'admin'
- User credentials must be provided using the argument
--auth-user and a passsword must be provided through standard input.
- If there are no users in the admin group, no admin password is
required and if the --auth-user argument is required, it can be an
empty string.
Users web UI:
- An admin needs to enter current password to create and edit a user
and to change user's password.
- Show more detailed error text on exceptions when submitting forms.
- Show page title on the edit and create user pages.
Users unit and functional tests:
- Added a configuration parameters to the pytest configuration file
to set current admin user/password.
- Added a configuration parameter 'ssh_port' to the functional tests.
You can overwrite this with the FREEDOMBOX_SSH_PORT environment

- Undo splitting ldapgid output before parsing. It does not seem correct and
could introduce problems when field values contain spaces.

verify that syncthing user is in the freedombox-share group and
syncthing@syncthing.service remains disabled.
- Remove syncthing user from the freedombox-share group, enable
syncthing app, increase app version. After the app is upgraded,
verify that syncthing user is in the freedombox-share group and
logs show that syncthing@syncthing.service was restarted.
