- The operations create backup, restore, delete and download are done
based on the name of the backup archive.
- Using select-all to uncheck all checkboxes for a minor speedup while
creating backups.

- Run yapf for automatic formatting.
- Move disable test to the end so that after all test are run, app is usually
disabled.
