Backups: minor cleanups 
- some variable names, indentation and documentation changes
- removed unused backups action
- changed name of upload session variable to 'fbx-backups-upload-path'

Backups: do not hardcode uploaded backup file path 
And use a decorator instead of a middleware to delete backup files.
