- Drop dependency on 'adduser' package.
Tests:
- Functional tests for infinoted work.
- Installing infinoted app works. The system user and group are created with
proper UID/GID, shell, gecos, and home directory.

- This is to capture stdout and stderr and transmit that from privileged daemon
back to the service to be displayed in HTML.
Tests:
- Unit tests and code checks pass.
- Some of the modified actions work as expected.
- systemd daemon-reload is performed during infinoted setup.

Remove DATA_DIR, KEY_DIR, CONF_PATH and SYSTEMD_SERVICE_PATH
during the uninstall process. I manually ran apt-get --purge autoremove infinoted
and these files did not get deleted.
Tests:
1. Compare the output of tree -ra /etc/infinoted/ /etc/infinoted/
before and after reinstalling the app: all the files get reinstalled properly
2. Functional tests: passed
