- UserProfile model is created, it has one-to-one relationship with User.
- Language selection dropdown added to UserCreate and UserUpdate forms.
- Adds None to language selection dropdown to explicitly unselect.
- LANGUAGE_SESSION_KEY is set to User's preferred language on LogIn activity.
- LANGUAGE_SESSION_KEY is deleted on User's LogOut activity.

Delete All in case of rollbacks was failing because it cannot delete the
snapshot that's active. This has to be skipped and the remaining snapshots
deleted.
Also, the active snapshot won't be listed in the form to delete all snapshots.

Made urls end with a `/` character so that it's consistent with other apps.
plinth-tester would struggle to find the page otherwise.
Also update the client information in manifest to correct an incorrect URL to
launch JSXC.

/etc/matrix-synapse/homeserver.yaml file has several complex cases of inline
comments which are introducing bugs when parsed with ruamel.yaml
Eliminated the problem by discarding comments altogether since the YAML data is
only read by Plinth and not by a human.

Earlier only openvpn@.service file was available. Currently, Debian is using
openvpn-server@.service and openvpn-client@.service. Start using this and
upgrade our current users to this approach. This fixes the problem with
incorrect enabling/disabling of OpenVPN app in Plinth.
Tested primarily three cases:
- Install version 2 of the app directly. Make sure daemon runs,
enabling/disabling the app works.
- Install version 1 of the app. Disable it. Upgrade to version 2 make sure
everything is upgraded but disabled. Enabling make the app work properly.
- Install version 1 of the app. Enable it. Upgrade to version 2 make sure
everything is upgraded, app is enabled and running.

- Remove conditional registration of groups on module initialization.
- Create uninitialized groups on addition/update of groups for user.
- Remove group creation on setup/installation of a module.
Tested for:
- Multi registration of groups.
- Manual UI test to check visibility of groups irrespective of whether module is
installed/enabled.

When the source code directory is on a special filesystem such as vbox shared
filesystem, loop back device setup does not seem to work properly. Fix this by
creating disk images in temporary directory instead of source code directory.

During the first setup, older_version is sent as 0 instead of None. Make sure

- There are tests checking whether a user can login to ssh which fail with the
default security settings.
- Toggling the security settings in the setup and teardown of the test suite to
allow non-admin users to login to ssh as well.
