dynamicdns: Implement adding multiple domains ...

Tests:

- Functional tests pass.

- Adding domain triggers domain_added signal.

- Editing a domain triggers domain removed and domain added signals.

- Deleting a domain trigger domain removed signal.

- For each of the action, the status table shows updated information.
