functional-tests: Merge plinth-tester into plinth
- Rename Plinth-tester to FreedomBox
- Add pytest.ini to discover the root directory for tests easily
- Update README to say that py.test should be run from functional_tests
  directory.
- Add geckodriver.log to .gitignore
