ejabberd: Enable mod_http_upload ...

- Upgrade existing config.

Tests:

- Install ejabberd. Configuration is set as expected and ejabberd is
  running.

- Upgrade from existing ejabberd install. Configuration is set as
  expected and ejabberd is running.

- Send a file between two users in dino-im and Conversations app.
