Fixes: #2453 - It will be installed later. Tests: - Build the Debian package with all the changes and notice that it neither has dependency on resolvconf nor on systemd-resolved. - Version 24.18 can upgrade to this package using unattended-upgrade. For this place the package in a folder repository and add this repository to apt sources.list and tweak unattened-upgrades settings to accept the new repository.
