wordpress: Use drop-in config component for /etc files ...

Tests:

- Config files are all symlinks in /etc/
- Web interface works
- Adding a plugin using auto-download works
- fail2ban-client status shows wordpress-freedombox
- fail2ban catches invalid login attempts
