ui: Drop use of badge-* utility classes for newer replacements ...

- Keep the badge-{severity} classes as they are meant for convenience of mapping
severity to style.

- Match bootstrap colors to maintain consistency and contrast.

Tests:

- Visually confirm that all the changes effective.
