snapshot: Use AppView for app page ...

Tests:

- Enable/disable button is not shown.

- Diagnostics menu item is shown and works.

- Both Configure and manage snapshots tabs are shown.

- Changing configuration works, updated configuration is shown.

- Deleting some snapshots works.
