ttrss: tests: functional: Make subscription faster ...

- Remove an unnecessary eventually block that's always reaching timeout (30 sec).

- Simplify selection of hamburger menu. The CSS classname used for selection is
the same in buster and bullseye.

- Create a constant for String 'ttrss'
