ui: diagnostics: Fix layout of repair buttons ...

- A 'row' class is more suitable when we want to use the Bootstrap's 'Grid'
system. Bootstrap 5 sets 'width: 100%' on all children of a .row. So, use a
simpler 'display: flex' instead.
