tor: Also use Aptsources822 augeas lens ...

This will handle sources files with Deb822 format.

Closes: #214.

Tests:

- Enable package download through Tor. "tor+" is prepended to sources
  URL.

- Disable package download through Tor. "tor+" is removed from sources
  URL.
