Adds a dismissible banner above the mesh composer explaining that #mesh is an unencrypted local broadcast (#1064). The body is bridge-aware: with the bridge on it also names Nostr relays as a reachable audience. Panic wipe resets the dismissal so a wiped device gets the guidance again. #mesh stays the default channel. Drops the duplicate empty-timeline hint: it and the banner both showed on an empty #mesh, two warnings for one fact. The banner is the surface that survives because it is there whether or not the timeline has messages. Rebased onto current main. add_localizable_key.py is gone; the catalog carries only the four new keys, spliced in Xcode's serialization, with main's 520 existing keys untouched. The dismiss label reuses the per-locale wording already shipped for location_notes.action.dismiss so the word stays consistent.
