Adds a copy-identity-card action to the verification sheet. The card carries nickname, noise fingerprint and npub as plain text — public fields only, no key material (#183). Drops the signed verification URL the doc promised. verifyScannedQR rejects a payload older than verificationQRMaxAgeSeconds (5 minutes), so a URL copied onto a card people keep and forward stops verifying almost immediately while still reading as the card's most authoritative line. The doc now says why, and a test locks the omission in. Rebased onto current main. add_localizable_key.py is gone; the catalog carries only the five new keys, spliced in Xcode's serialization, with main's 520 existing keys untouched.
