test(scanner): ignore notify's nonrecursive-tree goroutines on Linux
The goroutine leak check only ignored the recursive tree (macOS/FSEvents). Linux CI uses inotify, whose nonrecursive tree leaks dispatch and internal goroutines after Stop(), failing the check.
