* ci: lint with the golangci-lint version the Makefile declares The workflow asked for `version: latest` while the Makefile pins `GOLANGCI_LINT_VERSION ?= v2.12.0`, so `make lint` and CI ran different linters. golangci-lint v2.13.0 started reporting G404 on three existing `rand.Shuffle` calls, which turned every PR red without a line of Go changing. Read the version from the Makefile instead of resolving `latest`, so the two stay in step and a new release cannot break unchanged code. * chore: re-run CI

Note: The master branch may be in an unstable or even broken state during development.
Please use releases instead of
the master branch in order to get a stable set of binaries.
