Merge branch 'master' into lyrics-timing-normalization ...

Resolve the parseLRC conflict with upstream [bg:] support: flushLine keeps
the explicit line end, agents are set before NormalizeLyrics so background
cues validate, and the new upstream tests expect unfilled partial cue ends.
