fix(docker): resolve ndk/core local file dependency for Docker builds

- Copy pre-built ndk/core to /ndk/core in build context
- Use sed to remove prepare script from ndk/core's package.json
  (prevents bun rebuild since dist is already built locally)
- Copy pruned node_modules from build stage to runtime stage
- Add curl for healthcheck support in Alpine runtime image
- Add HEALTHCHECK instruction for container health monitoring

The Dockerfile now requires building from the parent directory
(IdeaProjects) to include both ndk/core and nsecbunkerd in context:
  docker build -f nsecbunkerd/Dockerfile .
