Implement CallEventListener callback pattern that fires on every call state transition (RINGING_INCOMING, RINGING_OUTGOING, CONNECTING, CONNECTED, ENDED). The JSON-RPC layer auto-subscribes and pushes callEvent notifications alongside receive notifications.
