Update the second level .uk TLD servers

Removed these as although they're registered directly by Nominet
they're not second level domains:
- .bl.uk
- .british-library.uk
- .nls.uk

Removed this as it has just been a normal registered domain since 2014
when direct .uk registrations opened up:
- .icnet.uk
