Fixes permissionlesstech/bitchat#1755 via 0.24.0 because the latest release drops the SharedSourcesPlugin build tool that failed Xcode 27 plug-in validation and compiles under the Swift 6.4 toolchain. Co-authored-by: csjones <637026+csjones@users.noreply.github.com>
