[Unfinished] Migrating away from deprecated iCalendar class.
...
This is working, to a point... Some regression tests are still failing
and I need to investigate why, but this is substantially finished. The
remaining fixes will need to be in AWL/vCalendar in any case.

Fix PROPPATCH behaviour on bound resources.
...
It is OK to modify dead properties on a bound resource as long as you
have permission on the folder containing the binding. For active
properties we have special logic for modifying the displayname but all
others are refused.
