Download https://git.mitev.net/nik/haxhq/raw/branch/master/install.sh, edit it if you want to update anything and run it. On a fresh Debian VM this should provide you with a working site and a login page. 20GB disk, 1GB ram and 1 CPU should be plenty for a single user.
