This commit adds support for using the 'pwauth' program for authentication to the system. It detects all of the documented return codes for pwauth. The pwauth program can perform system authentication with or without PAM or login.conf.

Description
DAViCal is a server for calendar sharing. It is an implementation of the CalDAV protocol which is designed for storing calendaring resources (in iCalendar format) on a remote shared server.
