Remove the delegation of 43.0.0.0/8 to JPNIC
...
All networks up to 43.221.255.255 are allocated to asian cloud operators
or CDNs and regitered in the APINC database.
The two allocations left are mirrored in the APINC database anyway, so
there is no point anymore in querying the JPNIC database for 43/8.

uclibc defines __GLIBC__ but doesn't always have NLS support resulting
in the following build failure:
