plinth/actions/letsencrypt cannot refer to the configobj installed in the
virtual environment as it uses /usr/bin/python3

Let's Encrypt module listens to the following django signals and takes the
appropriate actions.
- domain_added
- domain_removed
- domainname_change
Do not revoke empty domains.

The user still has to enable API access from Preferences in the tt-rss app.
Ideally, this should be automated, but this setting wasn't trivial to find. Will
try to automate this in a future pull request.

When network-manager restarts, it leaves the existing connections intact. When
it start again, it somehow restores that active connection. So, restarting
network-manager is not a solution to activate all newly created connections.
Explicitly activate all connections and don't restart network-manager. Do
connection activation in background so that failed activation does not lead to
failed setup of remaining connections.

From freedombox-setup all the setup mechanisms and first-run mechanisms have
been removed. This script no longer does anything and is not needed. Ensuring
that the directories have proper permissions is now the duty of Plinth Debian
packaging.
